Having spent over 27 years with Steelcase prior to joining Today’s Commercial Interiors, Larry is a true veteran of the industry. Knowledgeable about products and their respective application, Larry is uniquely qualified to assure customer satisfaction. “12 of my 27 years were spent working directly with clients. I know how important it is to keep customers happy.” As Today’s services expand, Larry will be working to insure the office stays both efficient and effective from an operations standpoint. “When you think of operations, you usually think ‘warehouse and delivery’ but our new moving and project management services add additional layers that will continue to be fine tuned.” Larry is also charged with creating better job descriptions for both internal and external team members to increase organizational effectiveness and performance.
Personal Snapshot: Larry and his wife relocated from Grand Rapids to Little Rock in 2006. They are proud grandparents of 9 grandchildren; 2 in Houston, 3 in Ohio and 4 in Grand Rapids. Mrs. VanderLaan volunteers at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
